How To Order Your Tests

Our website is currently in Stage 1, so online checkout isn’t available yet. Have any questions? Shoot us an email! We’ll help you choose suitable tests, provide the application form, and guide you through payment, sample collection and shipping.

Email service@petgeno.com with your questions or the test you’re interested in. Our team will explain and help you choose a suitable test and provide further information about our services.

Collect and Send Your Samples

We’ll send you an application form with detailed instructions for collecting buccal swabs from inside your pet’s cheek. Complete the form and mail it with your samples in an envelope to our Hong Kong International Hub, following the instructions provided on the form.

Confirm Your Order and Payment

Once your samples arrive, we’ll email you an itemised pricing breakdown and payment instructions. Pay through PayPal or bank wire transfer to confirm your order and proceed with testing.

Receive Your Results

Your report will be delivered by email. The estimated turnaround time begins once your sample is received in Hong Kong, China.

No upfront test payment is required.

Email service@petgeno.com for an application form and sample collection and shipping instructions. You can send your pet’s sample first, then decide which eligible tests to order and pay for them when you’re ready.
Our laboratory stores DNA at −40°C, allowing you to request eligible tests or add further tests later, provided sufficient DNA of suitable quality remains available.
